If it doesn't look like you
Each paid portrait comes with 2 free re-dos. After that, you can have a full refund within 14 days if the portrait does not look like the person or the pet, someone is missing, or there are obvious errors.
We delete the original photos after 30 days. We keep finished portraits for 12 months. We never use your photos to train AI.
Questions
Do we need a photo together?
No. Send one photo of you and one photo of your pet. They do not have to be in the same picture.
Can I see it first?
Yes. You see the first 3 before you pay. If you pick more than 3, we make the others after you pay. The file you buy from a preview is that preview, without the watermark.
Will it look like us?
That's what the free previews are for. You see 3 before you pay anything. Clear photos where we can see both faces work best. If a portrait you buy still doesn't look like you or your pet after 2 free re-dos, we refund it.
Is it made by AI?
Yes. Our AI makes each portrait from your two photos. Nobody paints it by hand, and AI can get small details wrong, so check the previews before you pay.
Do I need an account?
No. After you pay, we email you a link to your portraits. If you lose it, ask for it again on the find your order page.
Will it be ready for Christmas?
Yes. It's a digital portrait, ready in minutes, so you can order it on Christmas Eve. If you want it printed, leave time for the print shop.
