Privacy notice

Paws & Us turns a photo of you and a photo of your pet into one portrait. Photos of people are personal data. This notice says what we keep and for how long.

What we collect

We collect the two photos, the portraits we make, the consent tick and its time, the styles you pick, your order and payment status, and any gift name and note. Payment card details are collected by Stripe, not by us. We also store the first place you came from, such as an ad name, so we can see which ads work. We do not use other trackers.

Your photos

We delete the original photos after 30 days. We keep finished portraits for 12 months. We never use your photos to train AI.

We refuse a photo that shows nudity or sexual content, and we delete it. We do not store an age. We do not use your photos or portraits in marketing unless you agree in writing.

Who helps us

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the photos. Google makes the portraits from the photos you send. Stripe takes the payment. Some of these companies may store data outside the UK.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data. Email hello@pawsandus.co.uk. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
