Terms

These terms cover buying a portrait from Paws & Us. They are a draft.

What you get

You upload one photo of a person and one of a pet. We make a portrait of them together in the style you pick. You see up to 3 previews with a watermark. If you buy, you get the portrait you chose as a file without the watermark. We do not send anything by post. Check the preview before you pay. The file you buy is that preview.

Price

£9.99 for your first portrait, £4.99 for each extra. You pay once, by card, through Stripe.

Photos you can upload

Only upload photos you have the right to use. For the person photo, you tick "This is me, or someone who has agreed to this". We refuse a photo that shows nudity or sexual content. We can refuse an order that breaks these rules. If you have paid, we refund you.

Getting the portrait straight away

Before you pay, you tick this box.

I want my portrait now. I understand that once it's ready I lose my right to cancel and get a refund under the 14-day cancellation period.

If it does not look right

Each paid portrait comes with 2 free re-dos. After that, you can have a full refund within 14 days if the portrait does not look like the person or the pet, someone is missing, or there are obvious errors.

Re-dos stop once we delete the original photos. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. This promise adds to your legal rights.

Gifts

You can add a recipient's first name and a short note, and send a private link. Anyone with the link can see the portrait, so only share it with the person it is for. The buyer asks for any refund.

Your photos

We delete the original photos after 30 days. We keep finished portraits for 12 months. We never use your photos to train AI.
